Barcelona
The city opens the program with its two most recognizable icons inside of a day: Gaudi's unfinished cathedral and the curved stonework of Casa Batllo along the Passeig de Gracia. The third day trades the city for the mountain, a monastery, and a glass of Cava.
Day 1 · Private arrival transfer from BCN. Evening walk through the Gothic Quarter.
Day 2 · Sagrada Familia timed entry with a licensed guide, then Casa Batllo and a walk along the Passeig de Gracia. Evening small-group paella cooking class.
Day 3 · Full-day Montserrat excursion: rack railway or cable car up to the monastery, then a Cava tasting at a family-run winery in the Penedes wine country, about 45 minutes away.

Palma de Mallorca
Palma's Gothic cathedral rises directly off the water, and the island half of the program is built on three distinct registers rather than a checklist: a day on the water, a day in the mountain villages, and a day of soft adventure.
Day 4 · Short flight to Palma. Afternoon at the cathedral and a walk through the old town.
Day 5 · Day on the water: a private boat along the coastline, swimming coves, lunch aboard.
Day 6 · Day in the mountain villages: Valldemossa, then a guided tasting at a family-run olive oil and wine estate in the Serra de Tramuntana.
Day 7 · Day of soft adventure, partner's choice: a sunset ATV tour, a hike and swim at a mountain gorge and cove, or a coastal drive by Slingshot. Closing dinner.
Day 8 · Private departure transfer to PMI.
