Seville
The program opens in a city that has hosted courts, conquerors, and colonial fortunes for eight centuries, and still keeps the unhurried pace of a place that never had to prove anything to outsiders.
Day 1 · Private arrival transfer from SVQ. Evening orienting walk through Santa Cruz with a local licensed guide.
Day 2 · Timed entry to the Real Alcazar in the morning. Afternoon at leisure, or a guided tapas and market circuit.
Day 3 · Cathedral and Giralda, then Triana's ceramics workshops and market. Evening flamenco.

Jerez de la Frontera
Jerez gave sherry its name and the Andalusian horse its stage. Both are still worked here, not staged for visitors, inside a compact historic quarter built around the bodega district.
Day 4 · Transfer from Seville. Afternoon tour and tasting at a historic sherry bodega, walking the solera cellars before sitting down to the full range.
Day 5 · Morning visit to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, schedule permitting. Free afternoon in the old quarter.
Where your group stays: the historic center, walkable to the bodega district and the cathedral. Jerez carries a smaller hotel inventory than Seville or Granada and fills early in shoulder season.
Cadiz
Cadiz sits on a narrow Atlantic peninsula and claims to be the oldest continuously inhabited city in Western Europe. Its old town still reads as a single defensible unit, ringed by the sea on nearly every side.
Day 6 · Transfer from Jerez. Guided walking tour of the old town: the Cathedral, the Roman theater, and the seafront ramparts. Free evening along the Alameda.
Where your group stays: within the old town, a short walk from the cathedral and the seafront. Partners who prefer four bases fold Cadiz into a half-day stop between Jerez and Ronda instead.
Ronda
Ronda splits across the Tajo gorge, the Puente Nuevo stitching the two halves together nearly a hundred meters above the river. The wine country below the town is part of the same program, not a side trip.
Day 7 · Transfer from Cadiz through the Sierra de Cadiz, stopping in a hilltop white village en route. Arrive Ronda, guided old town walk taking in the Puente Nuevo and the historic quarter above the gorge.
Day 8 · Full day in the Ronda wine country: a countryside bodega tour and tasting, with lunch among the vines. Free evening in town.

Granada

Day 9 · Private coach from Ronda. Evening Albaicin walk to the San Nicolas viewpoint.
Day 10 · Morning entry to the Alhambra and Generalife with a licensed guide. Free afternoon.

September through May. July and August are excluded from the operating season because of interior heat in Seville and Ronda, though the Atlantic coast around Jerez and Cadiz runs milder. Semana Santa, the Feria de Abril, and Jerez's Feria del Caballo are priced separately. Series contracting works best at 10 to 12 months; FIT at 4 to 6.
